2017 영어대 학술제 EICC학과 참가자 모집 안내

안녕하세요!

오는 11월 22일(수) 개최될 영어대학 학술제에 EICC학과를 대표하여 참여할 팀을 선발하고자 합니다. 

참여를 원하시는 학생(개인 또는 그룹)은 10월 20일(금) 17시까지  EICC학과장실(본관 417호), 또는 학과메일(hufseit@hufs.ac.kr)로 첨부된 양식을 작성하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

제출된 서류는 내부 심사를 거쳐 최소 1팀 ~ 최대 2팀을 최종 선발하며, 선발 결과는 개별 통지합니다. 

최종선발된 팀은11월 10일(금) 17시까지 최종 논문을 영어통번역학과 이메일(hufseit@hufs.ac.kr)로 제출하셔야 합니다.

다음은 학술제에 대한 주요 내용입니다.

1. 일시: 2017년 11월 22일(수), 13:00 ~ 19:00

2. 장소: 사이버관 대강당

3. 참가팀:

A. 영어대 산하학회에서 총 8팀

B. 영어대 각 학과별 1팀(최대 2팀)씩 총 4~8팀

This is ELC department.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2017 Student Academic Conference of the College of English. Students who want to participate in the conference should fill out and submit the attached application form to the EICC department office (Room #417, Main building) by 5 p.m., October 20th(hufseit@hufs.ac.kr).

We will draw up a shortlist (up to 2 teams) based on your application form. The result will be notified individually. Students who are shortlisted for the conference should submit their final thesis to the department office by 5 p.m., Novermber 10st.

Here is the detailed information on the conference:

1. Date: November 22, 2017 (Wednesday, 13:00 ~ 19:00)

2. Venue: Auditorium(Room #201), Cyber Building

3. Participations: Academic Circles – 8 teams

ELG, ELC, EICC, ED – 2 teams each

4. Details on the schedule and awards: TBA
