3. 기타사항(others)

 가. 오리엔테이션은 교수님, 재학생, 졸업생, 원우회 분들과 함께 동석하여 자유롭게 대화를 나누시며 학사안내, 질의 및 응답 등을 통해 신입생 여러분들과 교류하는 뜻깊은 자리입니다.

 나. 주요학사안내, 수강신청, 교과목 등에 대한 정보를 자세히 얻으실 수 있으며 특히, 교수님 및 재학생, 졸업생, 원우회분들과의 만남을 통해 대학원 생활 전반에 대한 도움도 얻으실 수 있습니다.

 다. 신입생 여러분들께서는 바쁘시더라도 꼭 참석하시어 의미있는 시간 만드시기를 바랍니다.

 라. 당일 참석하시는 분께는 주요학사안내 자료집(인쇄본)을 배부해 드립니다. 참고로 주요학사안내 자료집은 오리엔테이션 후 홈페이지에도 파일형태로 공지되며 아울러 불참하신 경우 추후 교학과를 방문하시면 수령하실 수 있습니다.

 ※ 2020학년도 후기 입학생 분들에 대해서는 오리엔테이션 이후에 각 학과별 교수님과 만날 수 있는 간담회가 예정되어 있습니다.

 ※ 2020학년도 전기 입학생 분들에 대해서는 오리엔테이션 이후에 포트폴리오, 논문 관련, 그리고 기타 수학 중 어려운 점이나 논의가 필요한 사항에 대하여 교수님과 논의할 수 있는 간담회가 예정되어 있습니다.

      ※ Instructions for participants regarding COVID-19

① Students who have symptoms of fever and cough within two weeks before the event date are not allowed to participate in the event. 

② Students who have been abroad or have a plan to within 2 weeks before the event  date are not allowed to participate in the event.

  - Beginning at 12am on Wednesday, April 1, the Korean government is imposing
       a mandatory 14 day quarantine of all passengers irrespective of their          country of departure. 

③Participants must wear a mask from the entrance until the events are finished. You are not allowed to take off the mask during the event or even in the break. (If you don’t wear a mask, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.)

④ Before the event, all students must have their temperature taken. If it is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

⑤ Please wash hands with wash gel at entrance and keep your hands clean after going to restroom.

⑥ Please use your sleeves, handkerchiefs, and tissues when you cough or sneeze.

⑦ Please let an exam supervisor know when you have symptoms relating to COVID-19(fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, and so on.)

⑧ The distance more than 2 meters should be kept between the participants.
