VALID: 2020/2021 Academic Year

♦ 1 year program (winter and summer semester)

11 months (September 2020 – July 2021)

♦ 1 semester program (winter semester only)

6 months (September 2020 – February 2021)

6,850.00 Euro

♦ 1 semester program (summer semester only)

5 months (March 2021 – July 2021)

6,200.00 Euro

♦ 1 year program (summer and winter semester)

12 months (March 2021 – February 2022)

11,750.00 Euro

Program Fees include:

♦ University of Bonn tuition and fees

♦ Orientation Course including intensive language course

♦ Customized German language courses (depending on language skills: intensive course, and/or courses in grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, text production, conversation, business German, etc.)

♦ Courses on German Culture (e.g. Culture Studies, History, Literature, Media) in German and currently one course in English

♦ Course counselling and credit transfer

♦ Administrative assistance

♦ One-week field trip to Berlin

♦ Semester program of excursions, social events and other activities

♦ Use of all University facilities

♦ Single dorm room for the duration of the program incl. extra cleaning before arrival and “Dorm Welcome Package”

♦ Health insurance for the duration of the program

♦ Local transportation in Bonn and the entire state of North-Rhine Westphalia (“Semesterticket”/ “NRW-Ticket”)

Not included:

♦ Travel expenses to and from Bonn

♦ Meals and personal expenses (estimated costs: 300-400 Euro/month)

♦ Fees for visa and/ or residence permit

Cancellation Fees:

♦ Cancellation deadlines: Winter Term: July 15; Summer Term: January 15

Cancellations after these dates are subject to the following cancellation fees:

♦ 800 Euro for Winter Term: between July 16 and August 10

And Summer Term: between January 16 and February 10

♦ all costs incurred
