Job Description:
- Be overall responsible for running shipments for Fairs & Exhibitions, Special events, and Global sports events
- Be responsible for achieving team budget and enhancing the growth of F/EX.
- Arrange F/EX in & out KPI process and provide management direction and support to operations to achieve compliance and service standards
- Review in & out operations, and conduct analysis to report to head of department for customer satisfaction.
- Provide/report sales materials and information to approach with potential customers
- Respond and follow up sales lead on time.
- Ensure documentation and work order on time.
- Ensure competitive pricing and prompt response to customer or network partners
- Carry out market research and competitors/customer analysis
- Reinforce collaborative relationship with internal & external business partners.
Remarks:
This job is responsible for operating, maintaining and developing the business of Fairs & Exhibitions, Special Events and Global sports events.

Requirements:
- Ability to multi player to arrange operations, sales and on-site arrangement
- Strong communications and customer focus skills.
- Skilled in using all MS Office products
- Have a good command of the English.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Academic degree, prefer to logistics, international trading, or similar field.
- Minimum 1~2 years in related field.
