1. 한국에 도착하면 아래와 같이 기숙사에 입실하세요. 

가. 아래의 서류를 모두 준비합니다. 

① 여권 또는 외국인등록증 사본 1부

② 서약서 (글로벌홀 사무실에서 작성)

③ 결핵 검사 확인서 (흉부 X-ray) : 입국 전 준비(영문) 또는 입국 후 검사

나.  글로벌홀 3층 사무실에 방문합니다. 

① 서약서를 작성합니다.

② 필수 서류를 제출합니다.

③ 방 번호와 기숙사 규정을 확인합니다.

9:00 am ~ 3:00 pm, August 28(Mon) ~September 8(Fri)

※ Check-in is only permitted during the specified time period mentioned above. If you plan to arrive at a different time, kindly make arrangements for alternative accommodation until your designated check-in time. Please reach out to CKLC once your check-in date is confirmed.

1. Please follow the procedures for check-in on the date of your arrival.

A) Make sure that you have prepared the following documents:

① A copy of passport

② Sworn Statement (available at the Global Hall office)

③ Tuberculosis Test Certificate (Chest X-ray) : before or after arrival 

You may take the tests ③ & ④ at the nearby clinic.
