The ELT students should apply for the teaching demonstration on the third week of the semester.

The Following must be submitted with your application. (3 copies each for the evaluators)
1. Teaching Demonstration Overview
2. One Lesson Plan from the Unit Plan

Download the form from this post and fill in all blocks and have it signed by your advisor. 

The signed form should be submitted to the administration office.
