2021학년도 2학기 연구등록 안내
(2018년 입학자부터~)

  2021년 2학기 학위청구논문 심사 예정자 혹은 졸업연구보고서(Portfolio) 심사 예정자 중 연구등록 대상자는
아래 내용을 참조하시어 기한 내 연구등록을 신청하여 등록금을 납부하시기 바랍니다.

1. 연구등록대상자

 - 대상 : 수료생 및 2021년 8월 수료 예정자 중 학위청구논문 혹은 졸업연구보고서(Portfolio) 제출 예정자

2. 연구등록금액

1) 석사과정 : 학기당 등록금의 10%(최대 2개 학기까지 납부)

 ※ 연구등록은 최종 졸업논문을 제출하는 학기에만 신청하시면 됩니다.

3. 연구등록 신청 및 납부 기간

1) 신청서 제출기간 : 2021. 9. 1(수) ∼ 9. 7(화)

2) 연구등록금 납부기간: 2021. 9. 13(월) ~ 9. 17(금), 10:00~16:00

    * 연구등록신청 기간 내에 (붙임) 연구등록신청서를 TESOL대학원교학처 이메일(tesolgs@hufs.ac.kr)로 제출시 
      고지서 발급

3) 납부처 : 우리은행 전국지점 납부 가능(가상계좌로 입금 가능)

4. 연구등록금 납부자는 당해 학기 학위논문·졸업연구보고서 심사비가 면제되며, 학교 도서관을 무료로 
   이용 할 수 있습니다. 
   당해 학기 납부한 연구등록금은 논문·졸업연구보고서 제출연기사유서 제출시 아래 기준에 의해 환불처리 되나,
  심사에 불합격한 경우 당해 학기 납부한 연구등록금은 환불되지 않습니다. 따라서 논문·졸업연구보고서 준비 및 심사의
  진행여부를 지도교수님과 신중히 상의하신 후 연구등록을 신청하시기 바랍니다.

Announcement for Research Semester Registration - 2021
Fall Semester
(For students who got admission in 2018 and after)

  Students who are going to complete their thesis or portfolio in 2021 Fall semester are subject to register research semester as follows.

-   Below   -

1. Eligible Students

 - Students who have completed their course work and become "completion(수료)" condition on 2021 August or before and are planning to submit their final thesis or portfolio on 2021 Fall Semester

2. Research Tuition Fees

1) 10% of the regular tuition fees (allowed to register up to 2 semesters)
 ※ Research Semester Registration is required only for the semester in which
    the final thesis or portfolio is submitted.

3. Application and Payment Period

1) Application Period : September 1st (Wed) ~ September 7th (Tue), 2021

2) Payment Period : September 13th (Mon) ~ September 17th (Fri), 2021 (10:00~16:00) 

 * Invoice will be issued after students submit their application form(attached 
   file) to GS TESOL Office(tesolgs@hufs.ac.kr) during Application Period.

3) Payment to : Woori Bank branches nationwide (You can also use a virtual account.)

4. Students who payed research tuition are exempted from thesis or portfolio evaluation 
    fees and can use school library for free. Research tuition paid for the semester is 
   refunded according to the following criteria(Only students who turn in their Research Tuition Refund Form can
   get refunded according to the following criteria), so please register research semester after careful consultation
   with your advisor(supervisor).
