졸업트랙 신청 안내
(2021년 입학자부터~)

  2021년 이후 입학자(2021년 1학기 입학자부터~)께서는 아래 내용을 참조하시어, 
3가지 졸업트랙(논문, 포트폴리오, 논문대체 학점 이수) 중 1개를 선택 후 제출 기한 이내에「졸업트랙 신청서」를
제출하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대상

 - 대상자 : 2021년 이후 입학자(2021년 1학기 입학자부터~) 중 3학기(3번째 학기) 이상 재학을 예정하고 있는 자

               * 1학기(첫번째 학기) 재학을 예정하고 있는 자, 2학기(두번째 학기) 재학을 예정하고 있는 자는 신청할 수 없음

2. 신청서 제출 기간 및 방법

1) 신청서 제출 기간 : 2022. 1. 17(월) ∼ 1. 21(금)

2) 신청서 제출 방법 : 신청서 제출 기간 내에 (붙임) 신청서를 작성하여 작성자가 속한 학과 주임교수님의 서명을 받은 후
                            TESOL대학원교학처 이메일(tesolgs@hufs.ac.kr)로 제출              

                        * 학과 주임교수님의 서명은 온라인(이메일)을 통해 요청 가능

                        ** 졸업트랙 선택 전, 트랙별 설명(https://bit.ly/33GscCx) 참고

3. 주의사항

1)「졸업트랙 신청서」는 재학 중 1회만 신청 가능

2)「졸업트랙 신청서」제출 이후에는 선택했던 졸업트랙 변경 불가

3) 복수학위(Dual Degree) 프로그램 진행자는 "논문대체 학점(32학점) 이수 트랙" 신청 불가

     * 복수학위(Dual Degree) 프로그램 진행자는 논문 혹은 포트폴리오 트랙만 선택 가능

4. 신청서 제출 이후 졸업트랙 별 일정

1) 논문 트랙 선택자 : P2(Proposal)부터 진행

    *「졸업트랙 신청서」를 통해 "논문 트랙"을 신청하는 자는 P1(Plan)을 이미 합격 상태이어야 하며,

     「졸업트랙 신청서」를 통해 "논문 트랙"을 신청할 경우 논문 작성 및 제출 일정표 상의 "논문신청서"를

      제출한 것으로 간주됨

2) 포트폴리오 트랙 선택자

    *「졸업트랙 신청서」를 통해 "포트폴리오 트랙"을 신청하는 자는 포트폴리오 작성 및 제출 일정표 상의

      "포트폴리오 신청서(Portfolio application form)"를 제출한 것으로 간주되며, 이후 절차를 진행하게 됨

    *「졸업트랙 신청서」를 통해 "포트폴리오 트랙"을 신청하는 자는 신청서 제출시에

      지도비(4만원)을 아래 계좌에 납부한 후, 입금 확인증을 TESOL대학원교학처 이메일(tesolgs@hufs.ac.kr)로 제출해야 함

      ※ 우리은행, 1005-201-142404 (예금주 : 한국외국어대학교)

3) 논문대체 학점(32학점) 이수 트랙 선택자 : 학기별 최저 이수학점 기준에 따라 학점 취득 진행

Announcement for Graduation Requirement Track Application

(For students who got admission in 2021 and after)

  Students who were admitted from Spring 2021 and thereafter will get to choose 1 Track
among  3 Graduation Requirement Track options(Thesis, Portfolio, or Coursework) as follows.

-   Below   -

1. Eligible Students

 - Students who were admitted from Spring 2021 and thereafter and are supposed to register their 3rd semster or more

    * Students who are looking forward to their 1st or 2nd semester cannot submit「Graduation Requirement Track Application」.

2. Period and Procedure of Application

1) Application Period : January 17th (Mon) ~ January 21th (Fri), 2022

2) Application Procedure

      ① Please fill out the「Graduation Requirement Track Application」form.

      ② Send the「Graduation Requirement Track Application」form to head professor of your department
          (Department Chair) and ask him/her for for his/her own signature on it.

          ※ How to ask signature of your head professor
             i) You can ask your head professor to put image of his/her own signature on the file you sent. 
             ii) You can ask your head professor to ①print out the file you sent, ②write his/her own signature on it by hand, 
                then ③send you the scanned file with signature on it.

                *It also needs YOUR signature on it. Please don't forget to add your sign next to your name.

      ③ Please submit「completed Advisor Request Form」to GS TESOL Office e-mail(tesolgs@hufs.ac.kr).

     ※ Before your decision, please refer to Track Descriptions for students(https://bit.ly/33GscCx).

3. Remarks

1)「Graduation Requirement Track Application」can be submitted only once.

2) Changing tracks is NOT allowed after submitting「Graduation Requirement Track Application」.

3) Students working on the dual degree program CANNOT apply for the coursework track.

     * Students working on the dual degree program can only select either the thesis or portfolio track.

4. Schedule after submitting「Graduation Requirement Track Application」

1) Students who choose Thesis Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」: will start from "P2(Proposal)"

    * Only students who had passed"P1(Plan)" can choose Thesis Track through
     「Graduation Requirement Track Application」.

   ** Students who choose Thesis Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」are regarded as completing

       "Advisor Request Form Submission on Week3 " according to GS TESOL Thesis Track Schedule.

2) Students who choose Portfolio Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」

    * Students who choose Portfolio Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」are regarded as completing

       "Portfolio application form Submission on Week 3" according to GS TESOL Portfolio Track Schedule.

    * Students who choose Portfolio Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」are required to pay

       the advising fee(40,000won) to GS TESOL bank account and attach the payment receipt to the Application form.

3) Students who choose Coursework Track through「Graduation Requirement Track Application」: will keep taking credits

    according to Number of Credit Required for Graduation
