2. Job Description


(1) HR - Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer plays a crucial role in identifying and recruiting outstanding global talents for Elice's global market expansion. Building on this experience, they will grow into the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, developing and executing more specialized talent recruitment strategies to contribute to organizational growth.


• After a 6-month contract period, there will be an opportunity for regular employment

through performance evaluation.

• Analyze the global recruitment market to establish and execute effective talent sourcing strategies.

• Engage in meaningful communication with candidates based on an understanding of Elice organizational culture, cultural diversity, and the characteristics of each position to induce support.

• Support data collection, management, and operations for building a recruitment pipeline necessary for global talent acquisition.

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies through ongoing research on the latest global recruitment trends.

• Proficiency in business-level Korean (or English) and other foreign languages. (TOPIK Level 2 or higher)
