On September 21, the political secretary of the Turkish Embassy in Seoul, Alp Özekin paid a courtesy call on the HUFS JMCE. JMCE Director Si-hong Kim, Deputy Director Bong-chul Kim and Secretary Alp Özekin mainly discussed on Turkish diplomatic issues related to the East Mediterranean Sea near Cyprus and further sharings of Korean experiences on the conflict management. Along with the talks regarding the current diplomatic difficulties, the expansion of economic cooperation between Korea and Turkey was also discussed.
