Refund on Research Registration Fee

 

 

If you have applied for thesis submission and paid for research registration fee on September 2021, and now want to give up submitting thesis for personal reasons, please submit the documents below and we will give a refund based on HUFS regulation.

 

▷ Required documents

1) 1 copy of 논문제출연기사유서(Reason for delaying submitting thesis)/(Look for Attachment) Teaching advisor's signature is mandatory

2) 1 copy of bankbook with your account number on

 

How to sumbit(Choose 1)

1) Visiting Graduate School office

2) Sending by post mail

3) [GLOBAL CAMPUS STUDENT] Submitting at Student service center on Global campus

3) Sending PDF scanned file by E-mail (gsadmin@hufs.ac.kr

     Title : "Student ID/Dept./Name/연구등록금환불신청"
