③ If a student moves around during the exam, moves the camera, or turns it off, they will receive one warning. If the behavior is repeated after the warning, the student will be immediately removed from the meeting room, marked as absent, and must retake the exam during the first week of the semester.
④ The teacher will share the exam paper on the screen, turning the pages of the PowerPoint, and students will write their name on a blank sheet and compose their answers.
⑤ Students must send a photo of their handwritten answer sheet to the teacher's email, wait in a logged-in state, and the exam will conclude for students whose photo submission has been verified by the teacher after opening and checking the email.
