Selection score: Acadmic grade(previous semester grade just before entering) 70% + commuting distance to school 30% - For foreigners and Korean citizen residing in a foreign country, if both parents are residing abroad, 5% of commuting distance to school is added and 35% is reflected. - Documents to be submitted : ① Foreigners (both parents residing abroad) - 1 copy of alien registration card (or copy of passport), Overseas Residence Confirmation for both parents 1 copy each, Family Register(호구부)-China, Family Census Register-Japan, 1 copy each ② Korean citizens residing in a foreign country (both parents residing abroad) - Overseas Residence Confirmation for both parents 1 copy each, 1 copy of 가족관계증명서 (must be issued after April 2021) ※ Those relevant to priority selection, foreigners, and overseas Koreans are required to submit the documentary evidence by August 3 (Tuesday) (※ If you do not submit the supporting documents, you will be excluded from the subject) B. Announcement: 2021. 8. 10(Tues) 14:00 Check in HUFS Portal - Dormitory fee payment period: 2021. 8. 10(Tues) 〜 2021. 8. 12(Thurs) - If you are selected, you should submit the following documents : ①주민등록등본(same address as written at the time of application) 1 original copy, ② Pledge ③Confirmation of tuberculosis test (chest X-ray) (The tuberculosis test is limited to those conducted after January 1, 2021, and you cannot enter the dorm if you do not submit it) Submit COVID-19 PCR test result(within 3 days prior to check-in, if not submitted, you cannot check-in) ※ These must be submitted during the dorm check-in period. - Entering date<8. 29(sun) - 8. 31(tues)>relevant documents must be submitted during this period.
