3. 폐강 기준 : 수강인원 30명 미만은 폐강될 수 있음

  ※ 교과목 폐강으로 인한 수강신청 과목은 수강신청 변경 기간에 변경 가능

4. 취득학점 범위 : 최대 6학점 (타 대학 계절학기 및 단기 해외연수, 인턴십, 기타 인정학점 포함)      

  ※ 수강신청 제한인원을 설정한 과목에 대해서는 제한 인원을 초과할 경우 수강이 불가함.

  ※ 계절학기 기간과 중복되는 학점취득 프로그램에 의한 이중학점 인정 불가함.

5. 학점인정

   가. 2019-1학기 재학생 : 2019-1학기 성적으로 인정

   나. 2019-1학기 휴학생으로서 2019-2학기 복학 예정자

      : 2019-2학기 복학(등록완료)해야하고 복학 후, 2/4선 경과 후 2019-2학기 성적으로 인정

6. 수강자격 

2019-1학기 재학생은 수강 가능 (마지막 학기 졸업예정자, 8학기, 9학기 이상 포함)	※단, 2019-1학기 7학기생으로 다음에 해당하는 경우 수강 불가 ① 졸업학점이 140학점인 학생이    2019-1학기까지 134학점 이상을 취득하는 경우 ② 졸업학점이 134학점인 학생이    2019-1학기까지 128학점 이상을 취득하는 경우 ③ 졸업학점이 150학점인 학생이    2019-1학기까지 144학점 이상을 취득하는 경우
2019-1학기 휴학생으로  2019-2학기 복학예정자는  수강 가능	① 2019-2학기 미복학 시 성적불인정 ② 단, 휴학 중 학점 인정의 횟수는 재학 중 1회에 한함. (1회에 취득한 학점이 6학점 미만인 경우라도 인정횟수를 1회로 계산함)

 

7. 수강과목 취소 및 환불

 가. 취소기간 : 2019. 6. 21(금)～2019. 7. 9(화) 매일 09:00~17:00 까지

   나. 취소방법 : 종합정보시스템 ⇒ 계절학기 환불

   다. 수강취소한 과목의 수강료는 환불규정에 따라 환불함 (2019 .7. 17.(수) 이후 일괄 지급)

8. 유의사항

   ※ 개강전에 수강과목의 변경 및 추가 폐강과목 확인을 홈페이지 Hot Link 강의시간표조회에서 확인 바람.

   ※ 폐지과목 및 교양 선택과목의 재수강은 재수강과목 연결기간에 “재수강 과목 선택”을 반드시 선택하여야 하며

       미연결 시 초수강으로 처리됨

   ※ 2019-1학기 수강중인 교과목은 금번 계절학기에 재수강 불가함  

   ※ 계절학기 F학점도 성적에 포함됨.

   ※ 재수강 : 계절학기 재수강은 재수강 학점 제한에서 제외되며 학점상한(A0) 있음

2019 Summer Session Registration Schedule Announcement

 

1.     Class duration: June 24^th, 2019 ~ July 15^th, 2019 (Monday to Friday/ No classes in Public Holidays & Weekends)

3.     Course Cancellation: Classes with less than 30 students may be canceled

·         Courses that have been canceled can be changed during the Course Registration Alteration Period.

 

4.     Maximum Credits: Maximum number is 6 (Short-term Language Programs, Internships etc. Included)

·         You cannot register for courses that have exceed the maximum number of students.

·         Enrolling in other credit programs that overlap with the Summer Session will not be recognized.

 

5.     Credit recognition:

·         Students enrolling in 2019 Spring Semester: Credits will be recognized as 2019 Spring Semester Credits

·         Students on leave during the 2019 Spring Semester and planning to return in 2019 Fall semester: The student must first register for return. Then it will be recognized as credits for 2019 Fall Semester. The credits will be recognized after Return and registration competition and enrolling 2/4 of the semester.

 

6.     Qualifications for Enrollment

Students in 2019 Spring Semester are able to enroll. (Including students in their last semester, 8th and 9th semester.

Enrollment is not possible for students in their 7th semester if: ·         If the amount of credits by 2019 Spring Semester is 134 and over when their graduation credit requirements is 140. ·         If the amount of credits by 2019 Spring Semester is 128 and over when their graduation credit requirements is 134. ·         If the amount of credits by 2019 Spring Semester is 144 when their graduation credit requirement is 150.

Students on leave of absence during 2019 Spring Semester who plan to return for the Fall Semester

·         Credits will not be acknowledged if the student does not return for the Fall Semester ·         Acknowledgment of credits while on leave of absence is only available once during a student’s enrollment at HUFS.

 

 

 

7.     Cancellation and Refund

·         Period: 2019. 06. 21(Fri) ~ 2019. 07. 09(Tue). 09:00~17:00

·         How to cancel: Web Information System(종합정보시스템) -> Break Session Refund(계절학기 환불)

8. Notice

1) Please check out if there is any difference or change to the class before the course begins at the school homepage – Hot link – 강의시간표조회

2) In case you re-take the course that are cancelled or that are from Liberal Arts category, you should press the button ‘재수강’ when you register the course. If not, it will recognize this as your first time to take the course.

3) You cannot re-take the course that you are taking during the first semester of 2019.

4) F grade from the Summer Session will also be included into your total GPA.

5) A+ is not available for students who re-take the course. 재수강 학점 제한에서 제외
