You can check the 2014 Fall Admission result on the website of Graduate School. Please click the button below.
1. [Notice of Payment for Registration Deposit] Print Out
▶ Visit the website (www.hufs.ac.kr/gra) → Refer to Admission Notice
* Successful candidate should print out [Notice of Payment for Registration Deposit] on the website, and pay for Registration Deposit within the payment period at bank, since individual announcement for successful candidate is not supported.
* Procedure : Payment for Registration Deposit (1st Step) → Payment for Rest of Tuition Fee (2nd Step) → Registration Completed
* Successful Candidate must print out Notice of Payment for Registration Deposit, Letter of Acceptance and Notice for Successful Candidate.
* Printing out for Letter of Acceptance is only available within the announcement period, and Re-printing out is not available. Please keep this with care
2. Registration Deposit Payment
1) Amount of Registration Deposit : 530,000 KRW (For all Divisions)
2) Payment Period : 2014. 5. 19(Mon) ~ 5. 23(Fri)
3) Payment : All branches of Woori Bank or Transfer to Virtual Account
* For those who do not pay for Registration Deposit within the payment period
would not be able to get Admission.
* Successful candidate should pay for the Registration Deposit for the payment period first, and then should pay for the rest of tuition fee for the designated payment period later.
※ Confirmation of Registration Deposit Payment
1) After the payment for Registration Deposit, successful candidate would be able to check the payment confirmation on the next day by contact below.

2) Administrative Office would contact those who do not pay for Registration Deposit after the payment period for the final decision confirmation.
※ Refund of Registration Deposit and Tuition Fee (Before the beginning of semester)
1) For those who withdraw the Admission must fill out [Admission Withdrawal Application] form which is on the website and submit [Admission Withdrawal Application] with the copy of ID Card and Saving Account to Administrative Office in order to refund the Registration Deposit or Tuition Fee.
Those who withdraw the Admission can submit the documents in person or by post, and please contact Administrative Office for confirmation after submission.
2) It takes 2 weeks for refund of Registration Deposit.
3. Payment for Rest of Tuition Fee
* Payment Period for Rest of Tuition Fee : Notice would be announced
later (Around the Early August 2014)
* Payment Period for Rest of Tuition Fee is same for both successful
candidate of [First Round] and [Second Round].
* Payment is available at all branches of Woori bank.
* Notice of Payment for Registration Deposit would be available on the website
for the payment period.
4. Academic Information and Course Registration
1) Orientation for Freshmen
(1) Date : 2014. 8. 7(Thurs) 11:00 (Expected)
(2) Venue : Seoul Campus Graduate School Building Room 105
* Course Curriculum, Course Registration, Scholarship, Leave of Absence,
Returning to School, Exams, Thesis, Course Completion, Graduation and etc.
would be introduced for Orientation.
* Academic Guide Book would be provided for the Orientation.
* For those who do not attend the orientation can take the Academic Guide Book later at Administrative Office.
2) Course Registration : Please refer to notice on the website.

▶ Current Tuition Policy 2014 (won : KRW)
※ It is required that there should be another deposit of 530,000won following after the announcement for the successful applicants during the registration period. The rest of the tuition fee must be completed within the payment dates we will inform you later.
▶ We do not inform you the announcement for the successful applicants in person, so please visit our homepage for you to make sure if you are qualified, and print out the tuition bill if available.
▶ We are strictly responsible for your acceptance of schooling canceled if there is no following registration process during the designated period of payment.
