■ 2018학년도 신입생 비자 관련 안내 사항

합격한 여러분들 중 현재 외국에 있는 학생의 경우 D2(유학생)비자를

신청해야하고 한국에 오면 외국인 등록증을 신청해야 합니다.

현재 한국에 있고 D4 또는 다른 비자가 있는 경우 학기가 시작하기

전에 D2(유학생)비자로 변경(변경접수 신청)을 해야 합니다.

현재 D2(유학생)비자를 가지고 있으나 외국인등록증을 신청 안한 학생은

외국인등록증을 신청해야 합니다.

우리 학교에서는 신입생들의 출입국사무소 비자업무(외국인등록증 신청,

비자변경 및 연장)에 대해 출입국 사무소를 대신 방문하는 서비스를 시행하고 있습니다.

국가 공인 행정사가 9월 매주 화요일, 목요일(오후 2시부터 5시까지) 교수회관 1층 102호에서 여러분들의 비자 관련 상담 및 비자 대행신청 서비스를 진행하니 필요하신 분은 이용하시기 바랍니다.

대행 서비스에 관한 자세한 내용은 첨부파일을 확인하시고,

해당 업무에 필요한 서류들(*본 홈페이지 Student life -> Visa & Immigration에서도

확인 가능, http://international.hufs.ac.kr)을 준비하여 사무실로 방문 바랍니다.

■ 기숙사 입사 가능일 : 2018. 08. 29(수) 2018.8.29~12.22

* 기숙사 취소시 기숙사 비용 일부를 지불해야 합니다.

* 결핵검사 확인서를 미제출할 경우 입실이 불가능하니 입실 전 반드시

   결핵검사확인서를 기숙사 운영팀에 제출하시기 바랍니다. 국내 보건소

   또는 해외 보건소에서 받은 결핵검사확인서를 제출할 수 있습니다.

■ 수강 신청일 : 2018. 9. 3(월) ~ 2018. 9. 7.(금), 오후 5시

* 온라인, 오프라인 수강신청 가능(수강신청하거서에 교수님 서명 필요)

■ 편입생 학점 인정 범위와 학점 인정 결과 확인 기간

* 확인 기간 : 10월 중순 확인 가능

* 편입생 2학년 학점인정 범위 : 32~37학점

* 편입생 3학년 학점인정 범위 : 65~75학점

■ 학생증 발급 신청

* 학교 캠퍼스(서울, 글로벌)에 있는 우리은행에 가서 학생증 신청

* 원스톱 센터에서 카드 수령(서울 캠퍼스 교수회관 1층에 위치, 글로벌 캠퍼스는 추후 공지)

Below are important notices regarding Orientation

■ About VISA

a) A student living abroad, must apply for

   D-2(International Student) visa and Alien Registration Card

   after entering Korea.

b) A student living in Korea, must apply for changing to

   D-2(International Student) visa before the semester starts.

c) Students who have D-2(International Student) visa but did not apply for

   Alien Registration Card should apply for Alien Registration Card within

   90 days of arrival to Korea

HUFS OISS invites government certified officer to help our students with visa:

(1)application for the alien card, (2)visa change or visa extension.

The officer will be in the office every Tuesday and Thursday from

2 pm - 5 pm. The faculty hall on the first floor room 102

■ Dorm check-in : August 29 (Thu),

     * If you cancel the dorm you will have to partially pay for the dorm fee.

     * All successful dorm applicants are required to submit proof

       of an authorized health examination results(including chest X-ray)

       to the dormitory office before checking-in. You can submit

       health examination results taken from any public health center

       in Korea or your home country.

■ Class registration : 2018. 9. 3(Mon) ~ 2018. 9. 7.(Fri), 5 pm

     * on-line, off-line available(Through offline course registration approval form)

■ Number of transferrable credits for approval confirmation period for transfer students

     * Approval Confirmation period : mid-October

     * Sophomore transfer students: 32~37 credit hours

     * Junior transfer students: 65~75 credit hours

■ Application for student card

     * Apply at the worri bank located in the campus(Seoul & Global)

     * Receive the card at ‘One-stop center’ located in the campus(Seoul & Global)
