안녕하십니까, 국제학부 제16대 학생회장 강지우 입니다. 꿀같은 방학 잘 보내고 계신가요? 개강을 얼마 앞두고, 신입생 여러분들께 국제학부 학생회비 납부에 대한 안내를 드리고자 합니다.한국외국어대학교 국제학부 학생회는 학우 여러분들이 자발적으로 납부해주신 재원을 바탕으로 1년 동안의 행사를 집행하고 있습니다.학생회의 재원은 크게 자치회비와 학생회비로 나뉩니다. 자치회비는 매학기 등록금과 함께 청구되는 11,000원입니다. 납부해주신 자치회비는 학교 차원에서 각 단과대 및 독립학부 학생회, 동아리 연합회, 외대교지 편집위원회로 분배됩니다. .학교에서 일괄적으로 배분되는 재원인만큼, 사용될 수 있는 사업의 종류가 제한적이며 그 목적성과 정당성을 충족시키기가 다소 까다롭다는 특징이 있습니다. 학생회의 가장 큰 재원에 해당하는 학생회비는 국제학부학생회에 신입생 여러분들이 직접 납부하게 되는 재원입니다. 국제학부 학생회비의 경우 인 당 25만원으로 측정되어 있습니다. 매 학기 등록금과 함께 납부하게 되는 자치회비와 달리, 학생회비는 4년치에 해당하는 25만원을 한번에 납부하게 됩니다. 학부 학생회의 가장 큰 자산이며, 자치회비에 비해 다양한 사업에서 사용될 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.학생회비는 매학기 정기학생총회, 운영위원회를 통해 철저하게 감사를 받게 됩니다. 매학기 학생회장단은 통장사본 및 영수증을 포함한 모든 재정사용내역을 투명하게 공개해야 할 의무를 지고 있습니다. 여기에 더해, 제16대 학생회에서는 SNS 월간 보고를 통해 매월 결산안을 보고드리고 있습니다.학생회비는 크게 '학부생의 자치활동을 위한 지원비' 와 '학부 내 행사 자금 조달' , '과방 정비를 위한 물품구매' 등에 사용됩니다. 1월 부터 12월까지 학생회 주관으로 진행되는 '거의' 모든 사업들이 일부분 혹은 전액 학생회비로 충당되고 있습니다.

학생회비를 납부한 학부생에 한해서 제공되는 혜택은 다음과 같습니다.

1) 참가비가 있는 모든 행사에 4년 내내 참가비 일정 금액 할인을 받을 수 있다!

2) 과방 앞 및 사회과학관 내 사물함을 4년 내내 무료로 이용할 수 있다!

3) 시험기간 내에 진행되는 간식 사업에 4년 내내, 1년에 4번씩 맛있는 간식 (예시: 싸이버거,삼겹살 덮밥 등) 을 받을 수 있다!

<DIS Student Fee Anouncement>

Hello, this is the 16th Division of International Studies Student President, Jiwoo Kang. Is everyone having a great winter break? Before the start of a new school year, I would like to make an announcement for the freshmen students regarding student fee.HUFS DIS Student Council is able to run each year thanks to the student fee that DIS students pay. The student fee from DIS freshmen students makes up the majority of DIS Student Council's budget. As for DIS, the student fee is approximately 250000KRW for each person. Opposed to the student autonomous fee that is paid with the college tuition each semester, student fee is paid just once for a total of 250000KRW. To be specific, this means that student fee does not have to be paid each year, since the 250000KRW includes all four years of college. It is the biggest source of DIS Student Council's budget, and can be used for a variety of different events and programs. Student fee is thoroughly inspected through general assemblies and the steering commitee. Moreover, the student presidents are required to share all bank records, receipts, and any monetary spendings with the public. The 16th DIS Student Council opens all budgetary spendings through monthly reports on social media sites as well. The student fee is mainly used for 'student autonomous activities', 'DIS events and activities', 'DIS room maintenance and supplies'. Almost all of the student council activities from Jan. to Dec. are funded with the student fee.

The benefits of paying student fre is as follows:

1) You can receive a discount for 4+ years for all DIS events that require a participation fee!

2) You can use the lockers in the Social Science Building in front of the DIS room for free!

3) You can receive free snacks and drinks during exam week up to 4 times every year for all 4+ years! (ex. Mom's Touch Burger, Pork Belly Rice)

We will try our best as DIS-CO so that each and every one of your student fee won't go wasted.
