On November 15, HUFS JMC held its second day of the third EU Certificate Course at the main building No. 118. Just like last week, more than 60 students from nine universities attended and successfully completed the third EU Certificate Course.

Dr. Shinkyu Kim (Sogang Univ), under the theme of "European Integration and Eastern Europe," gave a lecture on Eastern European countries, which are expanding their influence through V4, V4+ strategies, etc. Professor Sunhee Park (SNU) has given students a wide view of the relations between Europe and East Asia in world affairs under the title "The EU and East Asia after Trump". Professor Bongchul Kim (HUFS) lectured on the strengthening EU`s identity in the security sector and the expansion of Korea-EU security cooperation on the title of “The Korea-EU crisis management agreement and Middle Power Diplomacy”. It was a good opportunity to see the EU from a variety of perspectives, including its role and response to international political and security-related issues, and its conflicts and examples of cooperation within Europe.
