On 28 March, Director Kim Si-hong attended a meeting of experts at the seminar room of the National Assembly Research Service(NARS), presenting the issues of the three Baltic countries and the way of improved relations with Korea. 

The event was held with the aim of developing trilateral relations between Korea and the Baltic states through in-depth understanding and preparation of parliamentary responses to these countries in the wake of the new Embassy in Latvia and the launch of the new non-regular route by Korean Air.
