In October 2016, Mr. LEE Seung-Keun's paper on "European Security Cooperation and Helsinki Headline Goals: A Study on the Change of Linchpin of European Security and its Political Meaning" has been published on the Journal of European Studies, vol. 44. 

This paper treats the security cooperation and its political meaning through the development of the Linchpin of European Security and analyses that the EU will continue to push up to find solutions for promoting the security cooperation in Europe, even if there would be difficult conditions like the financial crisis of Greece and the Brexit of the United Kingdom in June 2016, etc.
