What you will do 

• Reception duties, welcoming visitor/handling incoming call and delivery sample & doc • Overseas travel booking (flight & visa) / hotel booking for international colleague • Other office general admin/order(office supplies, stationery & canteen etc) • HR general admin – training, benefits, recruiting etc 

• Support company events & meetings 

What you will need 

Educational Qualification 

• B.A. degree / graduated degree or equivalent 

• Most preferred in English or German 

• Prefer to fluence in English and Korean (Native) 

Relevant Experience 

• Network in the relevant business field will be preferred 

Personal Characteristics & Behaviour 

• Strong time management and organization skills 

• Good Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities 

• Understanding and acceptance of across cultures 

• Strong communication skills and Team player
