[외국인 전임교원·시간강사·비전임교원] 2018-1 온라인 인권・성평등교육(폭력예방교육) 실시 안내

안녕하세요. 한국외국어대학교 성평등센터입니다.

성평등한 대학문화 조성을 위하여 e-class를 활용한 온라인 인권・성평등교육(폭력예방교육)을 아래와 같이 실시하오니 많은 참여 바랍니다.

* 성평등교육(폭력예방교육)은 법정교육으로, 구성원은 연 1회 이상 소정의 교육을 받아야함  - 성희롱·성폭력·성매매·가정폭력 예방교육 각 1시간씩, 총 4시간 이상의 교육 필요 * 법적근거 : 양성평등기본법 제31조, 성매매방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률 제5조,   성폭력방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률 제5조, 가정폭력방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률 제4조의3 * 정부는 매년 대학 등 공공기관의 교육실적을 평가하고 있으며, 실적이 부진할 경우 기관장 특별교육, 언론공표,    현장점검의 대상이 됨

1. 교육대상 : 외국인 전임교원, 시간강사, 비전임교원(명예교수,겸임교수,초빙교수,석좌교수,연구교수)

  * 내국인 전임교원 및 직원은 집합교육 실시 후, 미이수자에 한하여 별도 온라인(e-Class) 교육 실시 예정

 

2. 교육기간 : 2018. 04. 30(월) ~ 2018. 6. 30(토) 23:59

3. 교육 콘텐츠 구성 및 시간

 1) 콘텐츠 구성 : 서울대학교 인권센터에서 제작한 콘텐츠로 총 4개의 동영상으로 구성됨

 2) 러닝타임 : 약 113분

   - 인권교육(13분 16초), 성희롱·성폭력 예방교육(52분 08초), 성매매 예방교육(26분 53초),

     가정폭력예방교육(22분 10초)

 

4. 교육방법( * 첨부파일 참조)

 : 한국외대 홈페이지 → HUFS Service → e-class 클릭 후 로그인(ID 및 PW 입력) →

  수강과목(비정규과정) ‘인권·성평등(폭력예방)교육’ 클릭 → 온라인 강의 클릭 →

  학습하기(4개 동영상 모두 학습하기) → 형성평가 실시

  * 학습이 끝나면 반드시 학습창 하단의 <나가기>버튼을 클릭해야 교육시간이 인정됨

  * 4개의 강의를 모두 학습해야 교육시간 인정

5. 교육이수확인서 발급

 1) 교육이수확인서가 필요한 경우 아래 내용을 적어 이메일(gec@hufs.ac.kr)로 보내주시기 바랍니다

    (전화 또는 방문신청은 받지 않습니다)

  - 발급용 정보 : 이름, 사번, 소속, 연락처(이메일)

  - 수령방식 선택 : ① 사본 이메일 수령

6. 기타사항

 1) 2018년도에 타대학에서 폭력예방교육(성희롱, 성매매, 성폭력, 가정폭력)을 이수한 경우, 해당 기관에서 발행한 교육 이수증 제출 시, 본 교육 대체 가능합니다

 2018-1 Online Human Rights · Gender Equality Education (Violence Prevention Education)

Hello. This is Gender Equality Center in Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS). 

To create a gender-equal university, Human Rights · Gender Equality Education(Violence Prevention Education) using e-class is implemented as follows. We ask for your participation.

 

* As Gender Equality Education(Violence Prevention Education) is a compulsory education, a member must receive a prescribed education once a year or more  - sexual harassment, sexual violence, prostitution, domestic violence prevention education each one hour, a total of more than four hours of education is required. * A legal basis  - Section 31 of the Fundamentals of Gender Equality Act  - Article 5 of the preventive act of prostitution, protection of victim, etc.  - Article 5 of the preventive act of sexual violence and protection of victim, etc.  - the third clause of Article 4 of the preventive act of domestic violence and protection of victim, etc. * Government evaluates public facilities such as universities on education performance and become a   subject to Director-General special education, press announcement and field inspection.

1. Participants : Full-time instructors(foreign professor), Time lecturers, Non-professional instructors (Emeritus professors, Adjunct professors, Invited professors, Chair professors, Research professors)

 * Full-time instructors(Korean professor) and faculty members who have not completed the collective education are expected to conduct e-Class education separately.

  : Consisting of total 4 video clips produced by Human Rights Center in Seoul National University

2) Running Time : approximately 113 minutes

  - Human Rights education(13 minutes 16 seconds), Sexual harassment·assault prevention education(52 minutes 08 seconds), Prostitution prevention education(26 minutes 53 seconds) and Domestic violence prevention education(22 minutes 10 seconds)  

4. Education Procedure (*refer to attachment)

 : HUFS website(http://hufs.ac.kr) → HUFS Service → Log-in (ID and PW) after clicking e-class → Click ‘Human Rights·Gender Equality Education(Violence Prevention Education)’ from Special Course → Click online lecture → Participate (all 4 video clips) → Conduct formative evaluation

* Learning hours are admitted only if a trainee clicks the button below the learning window after a lecture.

* Learning hours are admitted only if a trainee takes all 4 lectures.
