Hello, we’re HUFS ISO SEOUL! 
We are looking for new ISO foreign staff to run ISO programs together and make unforgettable memories with our members. We welcome all undergraduates, exchange/visiting and language program students!

👥 ISO is made up of 4 teams: 
- ATTI Team: Plans events to promote Korean cultural experiences
- BUDDY Team: 1-1 matching program with HUFS Korean Students
- GAT(Give and Take) Team: Language exchange program
- PR Team: Various promotional activities on social media

* Application Due Date: March 2 ~ March 8, 23:00
Late applications will not be accepted.

* Interview Date: March 14, 18:00~
- An individual message will be sent with your interview schedule on March 12 for those who pass the 1st round of document screening.

* Final Admission Notification: March 14, 22:00
- Final Candidate(s) should attend the regular meeting (from March 15, every Tuesday 18:00) ＋ Weekly SHIFT. (MANDATORY)

* SHIFT : A mandatory activity for all staff members to be in the ISO Office for a designated time slot with other staff, to answer questions from other visiting foreign students, and also to promote ISO. 
- There is a high possibility this will be done online due to COVID-19.

* Please take note that we also have official events on selected Wednesday and Thursday evenings (7pm) and BUDDY Day is held on Saturday afternoons (2pm) twice during the semester.

* ISO activities (meetings, events, etc.) are held in both English and Korean.

안녕하세요, 한국외대 서울캠퍼스 국제학생회 ISO 입니다. ISO 프로그램을 함께 운영하고 저희 스태프들과 소중한 추억을 같이 만들어 나갈 신규 외국인 스태프를 모집하고 있습니다. 정규 학부생, 교환/방문 학생, 어학 연수생 모두 환영합니다.

* 모집 기간: 3월 2일 (수) ~ 3월 8일 (화) 23:00
마감기한이 지나면, 구글폼이 자동으로 닫힙니다.

* 면접 일시: 3월 14일(월) 18:00 이후
(1차 서류전형 합격자에 한하여 3월 12일에 개별 연락을 통해 자세한 면접 일정을 안내해드리겠습니다.)

* 최종합격 발표: 3월 14일(월) 22:00
- 최종 합격자는 3월 15일 18:00부터 매주 화요일 정기회의 및 SHIFT에 참석해주셔야 합니다. 

* SHIFT : ISO 스태프로서 의무적으로 일주일에 4시간, ISO방에서 외국 학생들을 도와주는 상시 근무
- 코로나19 상황으로 인해 온라인 시프트로 대체될 수 있습니다.

* ＇지정된＇ 수요일, 목요일 저녁 7시에 공식 행사가 진행되며, BUDDY Day와 같은 경우에는 학기 중 토요일 오후에 2번 진행됩니다. 위의 행사들은 국제학생회 ISO 스태프에게 필참입니다.

* ISO 활동(회의, 행사 등)은 영어와 한국어, 두 언어로 이뤄지게 됩니다. 

* 지원서를 영어 혹은 한국어로 작성해주시기 바랍니다.
