Summer School 2017 - University of Pisa
Dear colleagues,
for the fifth year running, the University of Pisa is going to welcome international students during the summer period.
Given the great success of the previous editions, with an ever increasing number of participants, the famous Tuscan university updates its summer offer, thus making it wider and more varied with over 25 courses spread over six disciplinary areas.
As our university is rich in history, with a worldwide reputation, courses are of high academic level and are delivered by extremely qualified teachers. The type and duration of courses and credits that are awarded can be seen at this link: https://www.unipi.it/summerschool
We kindly ask you to inform your students about this opportunity.
The International office will be pleased to help and assist whoever is interested in the Summer School of the University of Pisa.

We would like to highlight that Pisa does not only offer commitment and academic relevance but it is one of the most charming cities of coastal Tuscany. It offers much in terms of nature, art, history and beauty. All the students will have the opportunity to enjoy the Tuscan sun and the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea (at only 15 Kms!), the hiking trails of the Monte Pisano, the Apuan Alps (where you will find the marble caves made famous by Michelangelo), the Tuscan countryside as well as being able to visit some of the higher artistic achievements of our fascinating land. Besides this, Pisa also has an important railway station, from which Florence, Rome, Milan, Venice, Naples, etc. can be reached in just a few hours… Not to forget “Galileo Galilei” international airport: located at just one km from the very centre of Pisa, it links our city with the major national, European and international destinations.
The University of Pisa and its Summer Schools look forward to welcoming students of any age and origin.
Thanking you for your collaboration,
kindest regards,
Summer School
