The students ,who is in the 4th term,  should submit 'the evaluation form for the thesis proposal' by Friday 8 June, 2007.  Original due date was 31 May , 2007 .So please make sure this form are handed in as soon as possible.
If you don't bring it in this term, you may have some problem to graduate.  

You can down load the form here, and then you ought to get the valuation and signature from your thesis derector.
