Placement Test for Exchange/Visiting Students

Fall 2023 Korean Regular Course (Intensive Korean Program)

Dear HUFS exchange/visiting students,

Please check the interview and written test schedule below for the placement. You are required to take both the interview and written test online, so please carefully read and follow the directions.  

 ※  Students who enrolled in CKLC Korean regular classes during the Spring/Summer Semester of 2023 will not be eligible to participate in this test. Instead, they will be automatically assigned to the appropriate level based on their academic records.

1. Placement Test Date: Thursday, July 27 (Korean Time)

      1) Individual Interview : Please download the attachment

      2) Written Test : 05:30 pm ~ 06:30pm

a) Students who have finished the interview have to take the written test from 5:30 p.m. You cannot take the written test if you don’t attend the interview.

b) Invitation links to the written test will be individually emailed by 5:15 pm. You have to check your mail and enter the written test conference room by 5:30 pm.

c) If you don’t receive an individual invitation email or have problems accessing the written test conference room, please come into the following link

2.   Test Result announcement: Test results (grade, class) will be announced on the homepage no later than September 1 (Friday). 

 ※ If you are unable/fail to attend the July 27 test, please fill out the following survey by July 31 : https://forms.gle/xY7t4zYi27GqmHdC6   You will be temporarily assigned to a class based on the survey response. The final level will be determined through a separate test during the first week of the program.
