2020학년도 제1학기 학사일정 변경 안내문 

 

교수님께, 

 

안녕하십니까?  

2020학년도 제1학기 학사운영과 관련하여 다음과 같이 안내드립니다. 이번 학기는 현재 문제가  되고 있는 코로나바이러스(COVID-19) 감염으로부터 교수님과 학생들을 보호하기 위하여 개강일이 2주 연기되고, 종강일 또한 당초 공지된 바와 달리 1주 연기되며,

그에 따라 전체적인 학사일정이 변경됨에 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다. 개강 연기에 따른 수업결손에 대해서는 교수님 개인별 보강수업(원격수업 포함), 과제물 지도 및 평가, 중간고사나 기말고사 시간에 수업 병행 등으로 대체하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 변경된 학사일정(수업결손)에 따른 보완조치 

   - 전체적으로 <16주>에서 <15주>로 학사일정이 단축됨에 따른 1주 분 수업 보강 

   - 보강수업(원격수업 포함), 레포트 지도 및 평가, 중간고사나 기말고사 시간에 수업 병행 등의 방법 중 하나를 선택하여 교수 개인별 재량으로

      실시 가능하며,  관련 내용을 개강일 전(~3/13(금))까지  강의계획서의 <기타안내 및 유의사항>에 “개강 연기에 따른 수업결손은

      ~의 방법으로 보충함.” 등의  문구로 입력하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Notice on Academic Calendar Change for 1st Semester of 2020

 

Dear faculty members,

 

Please refer to the below notice with regard to the academic management of the 1st semester of 2020. Please note that the first day of the semester will be postponed by 2 weeks, and the last day of the semester will be postponed by 1 week, updated from the original notice, to protect faculty members and students from potential coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. The overall academic calendar will be adjusted accordingly. Please make up for the reduced number of classes due to the postponement of the first day with makeup classes by individual professors (including remote classes), homework and evaluations, and classes during the mid-term or final-term exam periods, etc.

2. Countermeasures for the changed academic calendar (reduced number of classes)

   - Make up for 1 week of class(es) as the academic calendar is reduced from 16 weeks to 15 weeks in total

   - The methods to make up for the reduced classes can be chosen among options including makeup class (including remote classes), supervision and evaluation of reports, and having classes during the mid- or final-term exam periods in parallel with exams, etc., based on individual professors’ discretion. Please enter the relevant details in the section in the syllabus with a clear explanation such as “the reduced classes due to the postponement of the first day of the semester will be made up through ~~~~~.”
