Having problems with the online application? Getting an error message? First, delete all cookies and clear your computer’s cache. Next, try using another browser. Our system works best from PCs (sorry Mac users!!) and when using Internet Explorer (IE) or Chrome. Finally, try using a faster connection. If the Internet connection on your end is too slow, the system might “time out.”
