We would like to draw your attention to the Philipps-Universität Marburg’s upcoming International Winter University (IWU). In cooperation with our natural and life science faculties, the 2024 IWU will focus on “Scientific Challenges in the Global Village” and aim to address major challenges posed by themes such as climate change, emerging viruses, and the global loss of biodiversity.

When:

-        January 6^th to 27^th, 2024

Program:

-        Week 1: German language and culture course

-        Week 2: Module One (in English)

-        Week 3: Module Two (in English)

Choice of modules from the fields of cell-biology, chemistry, infectious diseases, or molecular biology

Benefits:

-        Small-group, intensive German instruction for learners at all levels;

-        Up to 9 ECTS;
