On July 18-19, KIM Sihong, director of the HUFS JMCE, attended the 2018 International Conference at University of Latvia.

The international conference was hosted by KASEUS, the Korea Foundation and Centtre for Korean Studies at the University of Latvia, held under the theme of "Regional Identities in the Baltic States and Korea's 3+1 Platform of Middle Power Diplomacy."

Director KIM presented a paper on "Baltic States, Regional Cooperation and European Integration" on the 18th and participated as a discussant on the 19th.
