Sign-up for the Thursday English Class

TPEC offers the Thursday English Class. Those who want to improve communication skills in English, please fill out an attached form and send it to TPEC via e-mail (tesol@hufs.ac.kr).

There will be a placement test on September 11 (Thu).

Sign-up deadline is September 9 (Tue) and once you e-mail the sign-up form, it is required for you to take the placement test. (Sign-up forms submitted after 12 am on September 10 are not accepted)

Please refer to the followings on the placement test.

Time and place for the placement test: September 11 (Thu), 09:20 am, room 705 of the Main Bldg

Class period: September 18  to October 23 (Every Thursday except October 9, 4 hour units per week, 6 weeks including the test day)

* Thursday English class is offered for 6 weeks including the test day and once you submit a sign-up form via e-mail it is required for you to take the placement test. (Even with one absence during the 6-weeks period, you will be given ‘F’)

* Once you e-mail a sign-up form, cancellation is not available, so please take due consideration before you sign up for the class. In case your score from the placement test is higher than the one TPEC suggests, your sign-up for the class is automatically cancelled.

* If there are less than 10 students who sign up for the class, there may not be the placement test.

* Curriculum of the Thursday English Class is focused on low-level students.

* In case there are less than 10 students left as a result of the test, the Thursday English Class will be cancelled.
