2020학년도 제1학기 원격수업 실시 안내문

대학원생 여러분께,

안녕하십니까?

먼저, 코로나바이러스(COVID-19) 감염 방지를 위하여 아래와 같이 변경된

<2020-1학기 주요 학사 일정>을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

이번 학기의 개강은 3월 16일에 진행되나 추가적인 조치로 개강 후 2주 동안 모든 강의를 원격(비대면)수업으로 진행하게 됨을 알려드립니다. 따라서 대학원생 여러분은 개강 직후 2주의 기간 <3.16(월)~3.27(금)> 동안 학교에 나오지 않고 원격으로 수강하게 되며, 아래의 원격수업 운영방법을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[ 원격수업 운영방법 ]

1. 원격수업의 강의 콘텐츠는 1차시 당 콘텐츠 진행(재생) 시간이 25분 이상(1학점 기준)이며 (일반대학의 원격수업 운영기준, 교육부 대학학사제도과 지침 2018.12.) 예) 1시간: 25분, 2시간: 50분, 3시간: 75분 이상

2. 원격수업은 ① e-Class 활용(I) (음성강의 및 자료 업로드), ② e-Class 활용(II) (강의동영상 유튜브 업로드 후 e-Class 링크), ③ 실시간 원격강의 중 교강사님께서 선택하여 진행하시게 됩니다. (강의계획서 참조)

3. 대학원생 여러분은 e-Class 매뉴얼(바로가기)을 사전에 숙지하시기 바라며, 도움이 필요할 경우 해당 대학원 수업 담당자(02-2173-3521)에게 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 실시간 원격강의는 교과목 담당 교수님의 선택에 따라 webex(매뉴얼 바로가기) 또는 그 외 프로그램으로 진행될 것인바, 해당 교수님의 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

안전을 위해 부득이하게 원격수업으로 진행하게 되어 양해를 구합니다.

Guidance of Distant Learning Class on 2020 Spring Semester

First, please check below.

   ※ Please understand that the changes below are to protect the members of HUFS.

   * In this period, students may request correction of grades. Instructors can change grades only during this period.

The beginning of 2020 Spring semester has been postponed to March 16. It has been decided that all classes on two weeks after the beginning(3/16~3/27) should be conducted via distant learning classes. Thus, students will take distant learning classes instead of going to university. Here is directions for distant learning classes below.

[Directions]

1. The running time of contents will be more than 25 minutes per 1“Time”(1 credit standard). (Guidelines of distant learning classes of University, Guidelines of Ministry of Education, December 2018.)
For example) 1Time: more than 25minutes, 2Time: more than 50mnutes,               3Time: more than 75minutes

2. The professor will choose one method among these and post it on syllabus :
① e-Class(I) (Recording voice lectures, Uploading materials)
② e-Class(II) (Uploading video lecture at Youtube and post the hyperlink on e-Class)
③ Real-Time distant learning class

3. More details are explained here(e-Class Manual)(Link). For further support, please contact assistants at each department office(02-2173-3521).

4. Real-Time distant learning class will conducted at professor’s dicretion using programs including webex(매뉴얼 바로가기), and so on. Please follow professor’s guidance of your subject.
