Dear all international exchange students,
I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude for your help and cooperation on 2009 HUFS's Big Event! If you have applied to be a volunteer, please refer to the information below and feel free to contact me any time when you have additional questions. 1) Pre-meeting - When : Sunday, 15 Feb, 09:00 - Where : In front of Globeedorm - Meeting with our working staff, Ms. Oh from Student Affairs Team. Brief information on what you are asked to help for the team. 2) Departure - When : Sunday, 15 Feb. 09:30 - School Bus will be provided for school staff & student volunteers Though the main event starts on 14:00, you are asked to arrive there a little bit early for rehearsals. 3) Arrival You will be informed on this at the pre-meeting 4) Contact Ms. Oh Sung Hyun (Student Affairs Team) 010-7766-1414 Please note that traditional costumes are preferred to be worn.
