Erasmus+ Call for Applications 2023-2024

I. Type of Erasmus+ Program

Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi, Romania, is granting Hankuk University of Foreign Studies the following Erasmus+ scholarship:

*According to the inter-institutional agreement between HUFS and UAIC

II. The mandatory documents of the application:

<For staff teaching mobility>

1. ID/ passport copy

2. CV

3. Proof of employment in the home university issued by the home university (issued directly in English or translated into English)

4. Teaching Mobility Agreement signed by the staff member and the home university (form attached)

5. Consent for Personal Data Processing signed by the staff member (form attached)

Please note that:

1. the applicants’ field of study must be covered by the inter-institutional agreement between HUFS and UAIC;

2. the applicant must submit all the mandatory documents, as required by the Erasmus+ project.

3. The Erasmus Commissions (approved by the legal representative of the university) will be in charge of the academic evaluation of applications and selection of the final grantee.

III. Criteria for eligibility and Academic Evaluation

The academic selection criteria of applications will include the candidate’s academic performance, motivation, relevant experience, etc.

Non-eligible applications and applications will be rejected.

IV. Submission Deadline: Please submit the application documents (each document saved as a seperate file) to outbound@hufs.ac.kr by Tuesday, December 12, 2023
