On July 3, 2017, JMCE Director KIM Si Hong visited the African Development Bank Group located in Tokyo to attend a meeting with the association of directors. Director Tadashi YOKOYAMA, Deputy Director Mamoru ENDO, Public Affairs Officer Yuna CHOI (GSIAS Alumni) participated in the meeting, along with Director KIM Si Hong, Professor KANG Yoo-Duk (HUFS Department of Language and Trade), Professor KIM Bong Chul (HUFS Division of International Studies) and Professor LEE Moo Sung (Myeongji University). The agendas covered in this meeting included the 2018 ADB General Assembly, EU-Africa development cooperation and ADB-JMCE cooperation. The 2018 ADB General Assembly is to be held in Busan, attracting approximately 4,000 people.
