학위기 수령 및 석사 가운 대여 안내

 

 

코로나19로 인하여 2021.02.18.(목)로 예정되었던 전기 학위수여식이 취소됨에 따라 학위기 수령 및 석사 가운 대여를 아래와 같이 진행하고자 합니다.

 

- 아 래 -

 

1. 학위기 수령 및 가운 대여 기간 : 2021.2.18(목) ~ 2.24(수) 9:00~17:00 (※ 주말, 공휴일 제외)

    *1. 해당 기간 이후에는 학위기 수령만 가능함

    *2. 학위기 대리인 수령을 희망할 시 ① 졸업자 본인 신분증 사본 및 ② 대리인 신분증 지참

    *3. 별도 봉투가 제공되지 않으므로 가운, 학위모 담을 가방 지참 요망

    ※ 학위기는 재발급(또는 추가발급)이 불가하니, 기한 내에 수령하시고 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다

 

2. 수령장소 : 서울캠퍼스 대학원교학처 사무1팀 (대학원 건물 102호)

    ※ 글로벌캠퍼스 학생의 경우 이메일(gsadmin@hufs.ac.kr)로 요청하시면 글로벌캠퍼스 학사종합지원센터로 학위기 송부드립니다(메일 제목: "학과/학번/이름/글로벌캠퍼스 학위기 수령 요청")

 

3. 기타

    1) 가운은 대여 당일 17시까지 반납을 원칙으로 함

    2) 졸업증명서 및 최종 성적증명서는 2021.02.18.(목) 오전부터 발급 가능함

       (인터넷 종합정보시스템 증명발급 또는 교내 원스톱서비스센터 방문 발급)

    3) 대출도서가 있을 경우 2월 중으로 도서관에 반납 필수

       (※ 미반납 시 각종 제·증명서 발급이 중지됨)

Notice for Diploma recipience and Master's Gown-rental

 

Due to Covid19 2021-Feb. Graduation ceremony has been canceled. So please refer to the notice below for your diploma recipience and master's gown rental.

 

 

1. Date : 2021.2.18.(Thu) –2.24(Wed) 9:00 – 17:00 (※ Except on weekends)

   *1. After this period, only diploma recipience will be available.

   *2. If your proxy visits the office, then one should bring 1 copy of graduate's identification card

   *3. Please bring a bag to bring gown.

   ※ Diploma reissuance is unavailable, so please keep it safely.

 

2. Venue: Seoul campus Graduate School Office (#102 Graduate Bldg)

    ※ If you want to receive your diploma at globla campus student service center, please send a request e-mail to gsadmin@hufs.ac.kr (Title: "Dept./Student ID No./Name/Request for sending diploma to Global campus") 

 

3. Other notice

   1)Please return the gown to the Graduate School Office by 17:00 of
   2)You can print out the certificate of graduation from 2021.02.18.(Thu)
      (available at “종합정보시스템” or visit one-stop service center)
   3)Please return the borrowed books to the library within February.

      (※ If not, then issuing certificate will be banned)
