2015 Brussels Youth Dialogue

1. Time: January 17 – 23, 2015

2. Visited places: European Commission, Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union, Parlamentarium, VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussels), UNU-CRIS (The United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies), College of Europe.

3. Contents: Between January 17 -23 the delegation of students and faculties from HUFS – HRI EU Centre visited Brussels and participated in forum organized by VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussels) as a part of 'Brussels Youth Dialogue' program.

 

The delegation used this excellent opportunity to directly experience how European Institutions works by visiting the most representative European Union organizations such as EU Parlamentarium, EU Commission as well as educational bodies of the EU with College of Europe and The United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies among others. Participants of the delegation could broaden their knowledge about diplomatic relations between EU and Korea during exclusive meeting with an Councilor of the Embassy while visiting the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union. Discussion with students and faculties at VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussels) about current international issues and EU-Korea relations became an great opportunity to both students to know about each other and to develop their studies.
