It is a great pleasure to invite you to the HUFS-HRI EU Centre International Conference on the special issue of “Korea-EU Strategic Partnership and the Trust-Building Process on the Korean Peninsula”. This conference is hosted by HUFS-HRI EU Centre and sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Korea and the European Union. The general aim of the conference is to bring together practitioners, experts, senior-level officials and scholars from Europe and Korea to encourage collaboration in ensuring security conditions on the Korean peninsula. It will be an excellent opportunity to participate and discuss about one of the most salient global issues given the tense security situation in North-east Asia.
