HUFS JMCE participated in the 2017 Asia Pacific EU Studies Association Conference held at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo on July 1 and 2. This event was held under the theme of "The Roles of the EU and the Asia Pacific in the Global Era - Politics, International Relations".

The conference was organised around panels drawn from the disciplines of Politics, International Relations, Economics and Law. Furthermore, a one-day postgraduate workshop was organised for Masters and PhD students to present their current research. 

At this Conference, HUFS JMCE conducted individual sessions under the theme of "Evolving Process of EU-Korea Relations: Comparative and Multidisciplinary Approaches".
