On October 24, Thursday at 11am, Professor Kim Si-hong , who serves as the director of HUFS –HRI EU Centre, was awarded with Cavaliere Order – the Italian order of knighthood. Professor Kim received the Cavaliere Order from Italian President - Giorgio Napolitano for his contribution in building relations between Italy and Korea. The award ceremony included congratulatory remarks delivered by H.E. Sergio Mercuri, Italian Ambassador to Korea and Angelo Gioe, Director of Italian Culture Centre was open to the public and attended by around 80 participants.
