제4회 인도.남아시아 대학(원)생 논문공모전 수상자 공지 및 시상식 안내

한국외국어대학교 인도연구소(소장 김찬완, 국제지역대학원 인도·아세안 학과 교수) 인문한국플러스(HK＋)사업단은 1995년 설립된 이래 인도를 포함한 남아시아 지역에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 연구를 수행해오고 있습니다.

인도남아시아 지역학에 대한 대학생대학원생들의 관심을 제고하며, 인도남아시아 지역학의 성장을 주도할 수 있는 창의적이고 미래지향적인 청년 인재를 발굴하고 학문적 발전을 장려하기 위하여 인도연구소는 해마다 논문공모전을 실시하고 있습니다.

올해도 제4회 논문공모전을 개최한바 최종 6편의 수상작이 결정되어 아래와 같이 공지합니다.

○ 최우수상(1편): 상장 및 상금 300만원

* 2014년 인도 총선에서 기타후진계급의 투표행태 분석-계급투표와 민족투표를 중심으로-

○ 우수상(2편): 상장 및 상금 100만원

* 위협균형론으로 살펴본 인도 비동맹주의의 지속가능성

* 인도 농민의 농업개혁법 반대 시위 원인 분석: 토지개혁, 녹색혁명, 경제개방을 바탕으로

○ 장려상(3편): 상장 및 상금 50만원

The Announcement of Winners and Awards Ceremony of

The 4th IndiaSouth Asia Graduate/Undergraduate Thesis Competition

Since its establishment in 1995, Institute of Indian Studies (IIS) of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) has been conducting comprehensive and systematic research on South Asia including India.

To raise awareness of India and South Asia on regional studies and to encourage the development of creative and future oriented young talent who will lead the growth of regional studies in India and South Asia and to promote academic development, for the past four years, IIS has held the thesis competition for college and graduate students every year.

This year, the fourth thesis competition was held. The winners of the 4th thesis competition have been decided and will be announced as follows.

○ Grand Award (1): certificate with three million Korean won (3,000,000)

* Class vs. Ethnic Voting: Voting Behavior of the Other Backward Class in 2014 Indian General Election (Oh Ha-seok)

○ Excellence Award (2): certificate with one million Korean won (1,000,000 won)

* A Study on Sustainability of India’s Non-Aligned Movement Using ‘Balance of Threat’ Theory (Tak Hyun-sam/ Cha Jun-ho/ Choi Rak-young)

* Analysis of the causes of farmers＇ protests in India against three agricultural laws: Based on land reform, green revolution, and open economy policy

○ Commendation Award (3): certificate with 500,000 Korean won

※ The prize money is paid by deducting the tax bills.

The thesis competition is held every year, so please try again next time. The 5th thesis competition will be announced in August this year.
