[March 3] Students who got the permission from the professors MUST send the inquiry and documents below to DIS OFFICE. Only the permission from the professor will NOT be considered as additional registration. Please READ the insturctions below and send it to DIS OFFICE. DIS OFFICE is not responsible for those who did not follow the insturctions. 



Hi, this is DIS OFFICE.

 

Process for Additional Course Registration is only available through [March 2nd 10:00 ~ March 8th 16:00, except Weekend]. It is not possible to do the additional course registration process during other periods, so students who wish for additional registration should check the schedule by yourself.

 

In addition, in the case of DIS major classes, you can check the seats first, so if there are any seats left, please proceed with the course registration during the Course Add/Drop period on March 2nd. Also, we recommend you to send an email to the professor after registering for the course yourself.

In addition, the DIS OFFICE is not responsible for any problems caused by not checking the following instructions during the application process. Please check the instructions and apply.

 

[How to apply]

1. Please send an email to the course’s professor if you want to get the additional permission. If the professor does not approve, the DIS OFFICE has no authority to give the student the permission to take the course. ONLY students who have been granted permission by the professor can apply for the additional course registration. Please be aware of it and DIS does not accept any inquiries related to this.

 

2.E-mail containing the contents of the Professor’s permission to the DIS OFFICE (hufsdista@hufs.ac.kr). Please “Forward” professor’s permission to us. (Only “Forward”, no captures accepted)

 

3.     Please fil out the file “국제학부_증원신청서(DIS Additional Course Registration Application Form)” attached to the forwarded email and send it to DIS OFFICE. Also, please fill out the contents of the e-mails as follows and send it to DIS OFFICE. If the email is not following the instructions, the additional registration will not be approved. The following must be included in the email.

Email content:

    Your Major, Student Number, Name, Course Name, Professor Name. “I wish to apply ~”

     [The e-mail approved by the professor]

③ Addition application form attached [Title: School number_Name_(DIS Additional Course Registration Application Form] {Title Must be changed}

>>> Student signature is required on the application.

Example: 

4.     The available registration time during the course add/drop period is [10 a.m. to 16 p.m.] Among them, applications for additional registration received before 3 o'clock on the same day will be processed on the same day, and applications received after 3 o'clock will be processed the next day, so please be aware of it.

 

[Procedures for registration after approval]

This applies only to students who have been granted permission to additional registration.

1. For students who are permitted to additional registration, SMS will be sent to 02-2173-3315 after being processed by the DIS OFFICE. Therefore, if you wish to apply for additional registration, please register your phone number in the HUFS Web information sys-tem(HUFS Portal). If SMS was not able to send because the phone number was not registered, additional registration will be prohibited.

Please register your phone number in the Web information sys-tem(HUFS Portal).

 

2. Receive an SMS message from the DIS OFFICE and re-log in the course registration sys-tem.

As shown in the picture below, you have to press the "Department Reservation" button and complete the "Register" to save the course registration.

Example:

In addition, if you do not register for the course by 16:00 on the day the message was sent, it will be automatically deleted, so if you fail to register for the course, DIS OFFICE will not be responsible for it and there will be NO extra additional registration.

3. If you can't see the "Department Reservation" button in the course registration sys-tem even after receiving the message, please contact the Academic Support Center and Registrar. DIS OFFICE does not accept related inquiries.
