National Taiwan Normal University(NTNU; 國立臺灣師範大學) would like to introduce Visiting Student Program for 2017 Fall Semester (September 2017~January 2018).

 

NTNU dedicates to foster outstanding educators and professional elites since it was established. NTNU alumni play important roles on every fields all over the world. There are nearly 60 departments/institutes which provide excellent courses for students in NTNU. NTNU is also known for its prestigious Mandarin training institute. Come and join our Visiting Student Program.

 

The registration of 2017 Fall Visiting Student Program starts from now and ends on 30th April 2017. All undergraduate, graduate, doctoral students are welcome to join our program.

Required documents:

1.      Printed Application Form and 2 headshots

2.      Color Photocopy/Scan of Applicant's Passport x 1

3.      Letters of Recommendation x 2

4.      Study Plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words)

5.      Official Academic Transcripts x 1 (for undergraduate or graduate studies).

6.      Official Enrollment Certificate (Issued by home universities/institutions within 3 months) x 1  [All the documents must be either in English or Chinese]

7.      Research Plan x 1 (if applying for graduate program)

8.      Admission Fee US$110 (provide original or copied remittance slip)

Please kindly notice important regulations below for Visiting Students Program:

1.      Tuition Fee is required (around USD 1,700 per semester, depending on department) [attached tuition rate for your reference]

2.      No dormitory provided, students need to arrange housing affaors by themselves.

3.      Not allowed to change major once admitted by NTNU.

4.      Majored credits should be more or equal to non-majored credits, and should not exceed 20 credits per semester in total.

5.      Tutorial Courses (from Music Department) is not available.
