Dear ISS 2015 applicants,

Please submit the following documents via EMAIL(summer@hufs.ac.kr).

All the applicants will be asked to submit the originals after your arrival to HUFS in July.

If you would like to send them by mail, you can do so as well.

1. a copy of passport

2. a copy of application form

3. a copy of housing form and medical examination form

4. a letter that proves English proficiency or official English test record

5. an image of photo(3cm*4cm, in white background)

6. certificate of enrollment/transcript
