2020 Spring Portfolio Presentation/Review

  2020학년도 1학기 TESOL대학원 포트폴리오 발표 세션에 대해 안내드립니다.

  원래 세션의 취지는 포트폴리오를 완성하여 졸업을 준비하는 선생님들의 노력과 결실을 축하하고 재학생들에게는 포트폴리오 작성 및 발표를 경험해 보는 기회를 제공하고자 준비한 자리입니다만, 이번 세션에서는 코로나19 등으로부터 선생님들과 심사위원님들의 보건 안전과 건강을 보호하기 위하여 심사자와 발표자를 제외한 일체의 청중 없이 최소 인원으로 진행할 계획입니다.

  따라서, 이번 세션에는 발표자와 심사자를 제외한 기타 인원들은 심사장이나 대기실에 들어오실 수 없습니다. 원생 여러분의 안전을 위한 조치임을 양해 부탁 드립니다.

  Portfolio sessions were presented to celebrate graduating students’ hard work and accomplishments, as well as to provide current students with an opportunity to experience the creativity that encapsulates portfolio writing and presentation.The Graduate School of TESOL preveiously has invited all current students to the portfolio presentation sessions. 

  However, 2020 Spring Portfolio Presentation/Review Session will be proceeded with minimum participants. Only Evaluators and presenter students are allowed to enter the presentation room&waiting room(No Audience). Anyone except presenters&evaluators cannot get an access to the venue. Please understand that these are to protect all the members from the danger of COVID-19.

※ Instructions for presenters regarding COVID-19

  ① Presenters who have symptoms of fever and cough within 2 weeks before the session date are not allowed to take part in the session.

  ② Presenters who have been abroad or have a plan to within 2 weeks before the session date are not allowed to participate in the session.

  ③ Presenters must prepare and wear a mask when entering waiting rooom or the presentation room.

  ④ Please use your sleeves, handkerchiefs, and tissues when you cough or sneeze.

* Please arrive at least 10mins before the presentation in courtesy of the presenters*

* The presenters can use the waiting room(Graduate School Room 407) before their presentation starts.
