2019학년도 제1학기 한국외국어대학교 글로벌홀(서울 캠퍼스) 남, 여 기숙사생을 아래와 같이 모집하오니 기간 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청대상: 2019학년도 한국외국어대학교 학부, 대학원 신입생(외국인, 재외국민 포함) 및 재학생

※ 어학연수생, 휴학생, 글로벌캠퍼스 학생도 신청 가능

2. 신청기간: 2019. 1. 11(금) ~ 2019. 1. 31(목) 18:00까지

4. 선발기준

가. 입실기간(6개월 신청자 우선), 신청일자 및 통학거리, 직전학기 성적순에 기준하여 선발됩니다.

나. 우선선발은 외국인, 재외국민순으로 선발됩니다. 해당 증빙서류는 2019년 1월 31일(목)까지 반드시 제출 요망

※ 미제출시 선정자에서 제외됨

다. 선발인원: 글로벌홀 – 2인실 388명(남000명,여000명 & 장애인실포함)

5. 선정자 발표: 개별 통보

- 최종 선정자 제출서류:  ① 주민등록등본(입사신청시 기재한 주소와 동일한 주소) 원본1부

또는 여권사본 및 외국인등록증(앞, 뒷면)

② 서약서

③ 결핵검사 확인서(흉부X-ray)를 입사수속기간에 제출하여야 함.

 (결핵검사는 2019년 1월 1일 이후 실시한 것에 한하며, 미제출시 입사 불가함)

- 입사일은 입사 확정 시 개별통보(글로벌홀의 준공 및 준공 후 안전검사로 인해 조정될 수 있습니다)

- 퇴사일: 8. 17(토) 09:30 ~ 15:00 [ 6개월 신청자 ], 6. 22(토) 09:30 ~ 15:00 [ 4개월 신청자 ]

6. 입사비 납입기간

가. 입사비 내역 [ 2인 1실 1인 기준 ]

※ 어학연수생은 기숙사 입소 물품비가 추가됩니다. [물품비용 입사확정 시 공지]

나. 입사 확정 안내 시부터 10일 이내 입금해야함.

※ 우리은행 전국 각 지점 수납 및 인터넷, 텔레뱅킹으로 고지 계좌에 입금하시기 바랍니다.

※ 외국인학생 입사비 납부 시 입금자명을 반드시 여권상 이름과 동일한 영문명으로 납부하셔야 합니다.

[ 미기재시 입사 확정 불가 ]

※ 한화(￦)금액으로 입금하셔야 하며, 한화(￦)기준 입금액 부족 시 기숙사 확정이 불가할 수 있습니다.

7. 유의사항

가. 부정한 방법(서류위조 및 대리입사)으로 입사하려다 적발될 경우 전학년 입사자격이 박탈됨

Accommodation Information During the Spring Semester in 2019, at Global Hall Dormitory in Seoul Campus

We are now offering student accommodations as below at Global Hall Dormitory of HUFS in Seoul Campus. Please apply for accommodations before the deadline.

1. Qualification: HUFS students in 2019 (including international students and foreign nationals)

- Language training students, undergraduate students, and graduate students included

※ Students who are taking a leave of absence or Global Campus students can apply

2. Application Deadline: January 31, 2019 (until 18:00)

※ Students will receive an offer in order based on when they submit an application form.

4. Selection Criteria

1) You will be selected based on the period (applicants for 6 months will be chosen over the other candidates), your application date, school commute distance, and your grade last semester.

※ International students and foreign nationals will be chosen over the other candidates. Documentary evidence must be submitted until January 31, 2019.

2) Global Hall can accommodate : Double room, 388 people (rooms for disabled people included)

5. Notification of Results: will be announced individually

Documents for final candidates:

① One original resident registration (The address should be identical to the one that you wrote in an application form) Or a copy of your passport and certificate of alien registration (Both the front and back pages)

② Written pledge

③ Tuberculosis test confirmation document (chest X-ray) must be submitted before check-in.

(You must be tested for tuberculosis after January 1, 2019. You will not receive an offer if you do not submit a confirmation document.)

- Move-in date can be adjusted because of the safety inspections for a new building after completion.

(You will be excluded if you do not submit related documents)

- Move-out: August 17, 09:30 ~ 15:00 [ for applicants for 6 months ], June 22, 09:30 ~ 15:00 [ for applicants for 4 months ]

6. Rent Deadline

1)　About rent (Prices are per person based on double occupancy)

※ Language training students should also pay for some furnishings. [The cost will be announced after you have an accommodation offer]

  2) Students have to pay the rent within 10 days after you have received an accommodation offer.

※ Students have to make the deposit to a Woori Bank virtual account given by a teller, online banking, or telebanking.

Your name of the payment must be identical to the one on your passport. You will not be accepted if they are not identical.

You have to pay in Korean currency (￦). If your payment is not enough in Korean currency, you will not be able to be accepted.

7. Note

1) You will be disqualified for the whole year if you are caught forging documents or moving in instead of others.
