연구분야

Photoluminescence (PL) and PL excitation (PLE) on nitride semiconductors, rare-earths in semiconductors, and phosphors.

Optical investigation of heterointerface states in GaAs-AlGaAs quantum well and GaN, ZnO thin films by PLE spectroscopy.

MBE growth and optical characterizations of GaAs-AlGaAs and InGaAs-AlGaAs double quantum well structures, quantum wire and quantum dot structures.
