Classes with native-speaking professors and detailed concentrations such as Japanese linguistics, literature and studies are in place to nurture students into competent human resources equipped with excellent language skills, an in-depth understanding of Japan, and specialized knowledge without going to Japan to study. Diverse courses that produce graduates required by future society are continuously developed such as “Japanese Language and Information” to search for and amass Japan-related information through the Internet; “Japanese Literature in Films” and “Japanese Language in Films” using visual media to raise practical capabilities required in the digital information era; and Northeast Asia interdisciplinary program..
