- Applicants having obtained (or expected to obtain) a Master's degree in related fields or its equivalent in Korea or an overseas country

- If your degree certificate or transcript cannot be re-issued by your university, please have the copy of the certificate(or transcript) authenticated by the university and submit them instead of the originals. (Note: Submitted materials will not be returned.)

Instructions
 
- Applicants should fill in the application form online and send printed version to the Administrative Office of GSIAS (postal submission accepted).
- Submission by mail should be registered and arrive by the due date.
- Submitted materials will not be returned. 
- For overseas applicants 
  If you are not able to attend the admission interview in person, please email hufsgsias@hufs.ac.kr to request for a phone interview, which can be allowed upon approval by each department.
     
Scholarship Opportunities
 
- International Student Scholarship: Full or partial tuition scholarship for one semester Selection Notice will be separately announced.
- HUFS Global Leaders Scholarship: Full-tuition waiver for two years (GPA requirement) Selection Notice will be separately announced.
- Admission Scholarship(partial tuition): all incoming students
- Financial Assistant for Doctoral Students: partial tuition waiver every semester
- Merit Scholarship for Master Students: partial tuition waiver based on GPA in the previous semester
- 3+1 Study Abroad Scholarship: Full or partial waiver for HUFS tuition

HUFS-UPEACE Dual Master’s Program Admission Guide for Spring (http://gsias.hufs.ac.kr)
 
Applicants must directly apply to HUFS (NOT TO UPEACE), and admission to the program is available for the spring semester only.
 
Characteristics
 
- Students who complete the course will receive two master's degrees, one each from HUFS and UPEACE.
- All Students of U-PEACE Department will receive UPEACE Scholarship (Full, Half, 2.2∼1.5 Million KRW) while studying at HUFS based on the admission evaluation or GPA in the previous semester
- Full or partial tuition waivers will be granted to all students while studying at UPEACE. (Full tuition waiver becomes available for each group of six new students)

Eligibility
 
- Applicants having obtained (or expected to obtain) a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Korea or an overseas country
- (Optional) English Proficiency Requirement : TOEFL(IBT) 90 or IELTS 7.0
  *You can apply without the English proficiency test results, but successful applicants must submit the scores no later than the end of 1st Semester in order to be finally admitted to the University for Peace. (Note: Applicants are strongly advised to obtain the test scores in advance)
  *Native Speakers of English or those who graduated English speaking universities can be exempted from this requirement, but relevant evidence must be submitted
  *Any scores submitted should refer to tests taken no more than 2 years prior to the application deadline
- Special consideration will be given to applicants with previous experiences in peace-related activities.

Curriculum Vitae and Statement of Purpose (prescribed form)
  - must be submitted in printed versions and also uploaded on the application website
One Letter of Recommendation in English
  - Reference’s signature on recommendation letter, written on the official letter form
  - Recommendation must be sealed and Reference’s signature on the sealed side
