IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER 

March 31              Last day of early-bird discount  

May 31                Deadline to submit application form and non-refundable application fee

June 15                Full tuition payment due

 

PAYMENT METHOD 

1. Remit payment to the HUFS bank account listed above. Remittances should be identified with the name of the participating ISS student, in order to avoid mistakes.

 

***We do not accept credit card payments. Payment should be made by bank transfer.

 

2. Students are responsible for all international bank transaction fees.
3. Submit proof of payment details to our office by by emailing a scanned version to summer@hufs.ac.kr

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY*  

If you must cancel your registration, you should notify us in writing by e-mail or phone call. Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to our office, explaining the circumstances which compel you to cancel your registration.

* Exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made based on documentation of exceptional circumstances such as a medical emergency.
